I’m a highly organized, energetic administrative professional with a strong focus on front office support. I’m skilled in creating schedules, maintaining routines and deadlines, and providing efficient day-to-day assistance.
In front-desk roles, I’ve provided outstanding customer service by answering phones, responding to current and prospective guest or client needs, greeting people, booking reservations, and referring visitors to local amenities and venues. I communicate requests and complaints clearly and route them to the appropriate department.
