At The Fladgate Partnership - Taylor's Port | Croft | World of Wine, I hosted guided tours and tastings for international visitors, private groups, and corporate clients. I explained Port styles, grape varieties, terroir, production, and food pairing in an accessible way.

I led and supported tailored tasting experiences, including Vintage Port tastings and traditional tong service for older bottles such as Vintage 1994 and Vintage 1997. I also supported visitor centre and tasting room operations, from wine presentation to guest orders.

At Ton Overmars, I advised customers on wines by region, grape variety, occasion, budget, and food pairing, and conducted in-store tastings. I also handled EPOS transactions and stock processes, and assisted with onboarding and training new employees.
