I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can combine HIPAA-compliant healthcare support or telco technical troubleshooting with retention-focused problem solving, strong KPI/QIP performance, and meaningful collaboration to resolve escalations.

I’m a Customer Service and Technical Support professional with over four years of BPO experience supporting telecommunications and healthcare accounts. I’m known for resolving complex customer concerns while maintaining strict compliance and strong service quality.

In my Healthcare Account role, I handled high-volume member inquiries with a focus on HIPAA compliance and data privacy. I consistently exceeded KPIs and QIPs in service quality and efficiency, and I coordinated with internal departments and healthcare providers to resolve complex issues.

Earlier, I supported a Telco account by delivering Level 1 technical troubleshooting and customer support. I maintained strong performance across compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and I was promoted to Retention Specialist Expert to handle escalations and supervisory calls.
