I’m a Merchandiser focused on turning merchandising strategy into dependable in-store execution. Currently, I deliver product planning and coordination that keeps availability, assortment, and quality on track.
As a Sale Group Leader at AEON Vietnam (Kid Baby), I managed merchandising execution for 1,700+ SKUs during the store’s grand opening. I coordinated POG and MD teams, planned purchase orders across multiple departments (1,100+ SKUs), and worked with 70+ suppliers to support stock availability, on-time delivery, sell-out, and optimal assortment. I also performed stock-take and partnered with QC to monitor expiry and quality compliance, while supervising a sales floor and a team of staff and promoters.
Before that, I built my foundation through end-to-end purchasing as a Purchasing Intern (80+ POs), including online sourcing, vendor communication, product specifications, sampling/revisions, and documentation (RFI, RFQ, PO, contracts, invoices, payment records). I’ve also contributed as a Project Leader and design/video support for mentoring initiatives, and I bring strong communication from roles like tour guiding.
