At Dilla University, I teach courses in Natural Resource Management and contribute to research proposals, field data collection, analysis, and community service. I also participate in research reviews, conferences, and curriculum reviews.
My MSc research at the University of Twente examined above-ground forest biomass and carbon stocks using a Terrestrial LiDAR Scanner and a 3D quantitative structure model. That work strengthened my experience in remote sensing, geospatial technologies, and spatial data analysis.
As a Visiting Researcher at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, I continue my research work. My projects include river basin planning, land rehabilitation, landscape sustainability, and ecosystem restoration.
