I'm looking to lead creative operations and integrated or AI-native production, building reliable processes, teams and vendor networks for high-volume brand and campaign delivery.

I lead creative operations and integrated production from brief to delivery, most recently through Lola Lab Studio in Lisbon. I direct brand film, editorial systems and AI-native production, building the process, specialist teams and vendor networks behind consistent creative output.

I've led Ford campaigns at GTB/WPP across TV, OOH, digital, CRM and social, delivered four retail store openings in Portugal, and built AI production capability for client teams. My work spans scope, budgets, timelines, quality control, art direction, voice and post-production.
