What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into Learning & Development, creating learner-centered training, job aids, and clear, accessible content while applying human-centered design, facilitation, QA, and technical documentation skills.

I've created and revised 150+ industrial drawings for ITAC Engineering/Philip Morris USA and now develop technical documentation for utility-scale solar, battery storage, SCADA, and substation projects at Axial Energy Engineering. I translate engineering markups, client standards, and stakeholder feedback into accurate, usable resources while maintaining QA/QC and version control.

My UX/UI and Human-Centered Design background includes research, usability testing, workshop facilitation, visual storytelling, and iterative design for VCU da Vinci Center, LLAMAWOOD, and VCU Shift Retail Lab. I'm transitioning into Learning & Development to apply these strengths to learner-centered content, job aids, training, and quality assurance.
