I’m a Learning Designer who designs, builds, and implements learning products that aid service members and the people who support them. I conduct learner analysis and learning objective analysis, then provide a system-focused learning structure to ensure my products are efficient and effective.
Since 2014, I’ve managed projects and small working groups while ensuring full 508 accessibility and collecting data to create processes of continual improvement. I work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver learning solutions to partners in the Department of Defense, U.S. Military Services, and many non-profit civilian organizations.
I also build hands-on simulations, including Articulate Storyline products that model HVAC systems so learners can safely practice diagnosing problems. Alongside that, I’ve redesigned manual and training structures for elections work, and I’ve managed logistics for a five-day educational backpacking program for 200+ young students and leaders.
