What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote Customer Support or Player Support role where I can bring patient, solution-oriented service and my knowledge of the Riot Games ecosystem. I’m available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as well as for overnight shifts.

At Southbridge Rent A Car, I assist customers throughout the rental process, prepare and control contracts, and write authorization letters and administrative documents. I also keep Excel ledgers to record and follow up on operations, and helped launch a WhatsApp bot that automates letters and contracts.

As a final-term Business Administration student at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), I’m completing my degree while working. In the Avance project for PUCMM’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation course, I coordinated a three-person team, interviewed Human Resources staff at Teleperformance DR, and built a WhatsApp and online-forms support prototype.

I’m an active League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Valorant player with in-depth knowledge of the Riot Games ecosystem and common player issues. I troubleshoot account, connection, and gaming PC setup issues, and I’m available for fully remote work.
