What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles in HR, L&D, talent acquisition, or consulting where I can combine behavioral insight with data to improve training uptake and employee engagement.

At Costa Navarino, I supported and led 3-day induction training programs for cohorts of 35–40 new associates. I also coordinated training providers and logistics, conducted training needs analysis, and increased e-learning training participation by 10%.

At SLS Barcelona, I led onboarding for 30+ interns and created 30-day and end-of-internship evaluation tools to support structured feedback and performance tracking. I also participated in career fairs and coordinated five CSR initiatives.

My MSc research at University of Leiden examined how intensified planning and decision-making demands affect employee well-being, with a focus on job complexity and Ideal Worker Norm compliance.

I bring experience across learning and development, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR coordination in multicultural settings. I’m interested in combining behavioral insight with data to improve training uptake and employee engagement.
