I've conducted structured interviews, behavioral assessments, and psychometric testing as a volunteer psychologist at the 251 Hellenic Air Force General Hospital in Athens.

Working under professional supervision, I maintained confidential documentation, supported multidisciplinary case management, and coordinated appointments and administrative processes with accuracy. These experiences strengthened my active listening, stakeholder communication, and ability to build trust in sensitive settings.

Alongside this work, I've delivered customer service and operational coordination in fast-paced hospitality environments, managing reservations, schedules, customer concerns, and competing priorities within multicultural teams.

I'm a licensed psychologist completing an MSc in Business Psychology & Human Resource Management, with a strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, organizational development, and employee experience.
