I’m a leadership and organizational development professional who designs and delivers enterprise learning programs for global organizations. I translate capability needs into structured curricula, operating rhythms, and measurable behaviour change, built through trained frameworks from McChrystal Group and Kotter.
In my current role as a Senior Consultant at Kotter (Remote, Europe), I facilitate enterprise change-management and leadership development for global cohorts, including a 700-person leadership offsite across 90+ concurrent discussion groups. I also lead leadership development workstreams within multi-year enterprise transformations, advising senior leaders on capability gaps and change-adoption approaches.
Previously at McChrystal Group, I delivered global leadership development and organizational effectiveness programs for Fortune 100 clients, including building a performance-management system for 1,000+ employees and conducting organizational network analyses. I bring 20 years of U.S. experience and multilingual, cross-cultural delivery to help organizations develop talent at global scale.
