What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-centred HR role in a multicultural environment where I can contribute to talent acquisition, HR coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven people practices while continuing to grow in strategic HRM.

I've supported HR initiatives at the European Central Bank, coordinating stakeholder communication, senior-level event briefings, workshops, and external vendor delivery. At Gaddr, I contributed across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and CV screening to onboarding, while helping build HR policies in an early-stage startup.

I'm completing an MSc in Strategic HRM & Labour Relations at the University of Gothenburg, building on a BSc in Psychology. I bring multilingual communication, HR analytics with SPSS, advanced Microsoft 365 skills, and a people-centred approach to multicultural workplaces.
