What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve HR structures, recruitment, onboarding, learning, and people operations while partnering closely with leaders to strengthen employee experience and organizational capability.

I'm building the HR function at Kaltsidis Wood Industry S.A., managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations, development, and offboarding.

Previously at PeopleCert, I led end-to-end hiring across Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Product, partnering with stakeholders, strengthening talent pipelines, and improving sourcing and interview coordination. I also coordinated onboarding and learning programs, training materials, reporting, and employee development initiatives.

My background in teaching and lecturing strengthened my coaching, communication, and ability to support diverse learning needs. I bring an MSc in Human Resources Management and a practical focus on HR structures, policies, systems, and employee experience.
