What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Employee Experience, contributing strong onboarding, HR administration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

I'm supporting onboarding, recruitment, employee documentation, payroll preparation, and HR reporting at Portes Melathron SA.

I coordinate CV screening, interviews, ERGANI updates, leave administration, and HR systems while working closely with managers to create a smooth employee experience.

My hospitality background at Hertz Autohellas and Sani Resort strengthened my client communication, administrative support, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. I'm currently pursuing an MSc in Human Resource Management and am particularly interested in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Employee Experience.
