Over the past year, I have transitioned into the role of Customer Service Coordinator at DS Smith, where I have honed my skills in communication and organizational abilities. My journey began in retail, where I gained valuable experience in sales and customer service.

Currently, I am involved in the design department, working on the design of production lines.
