What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my 15+ years of application, service desk, and technical support experience resolving user issues, documenting solutions, training teammates, and supporting business-critical software and hardware.

I've supported veterinary practices at Henry Schein Veterinary Solutions and Covetrus, troubleshooting AVImark, ClientTrax, ImproMed, DataLink, and Covetrus Connect Marketplace.

I use LINQPad and Windows-based SQL management tools to investigate issues and review data, while pulling Salesforce metrics to track support activity and results. I've also trained new hires, coordinated scheduled technical assistance, and supported installations and newly introduced software projects.

At PHH Mortgage, Comcast, and Ascena Retail Group, I resolved application, account-access, Citrix, RSA token, internet, phone-line, POS, printer, PC, and peripheral issues. I document recurring problems clearly, manage incidents in ServiceNow, BMC Service Desk Express, and HEAT, and help users understand practical next steps.

I also build custom gaming and office PCs, from component selection and assembly through software installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
