At Sinch, I build full-stack capabilities for a customer-communications platform spanning messaging, voice, verification, and email. I develop React and Next.js experiences alongside backend services and APIs that support customer and operational workflows.
I also developed AI-powered search and knowledge retrieval using Python, embeddings, vector search, and RAG, and integrated LLM-powered automation with validation, retries, access controls, and human review. I improve performance and scalability across the platform through caching, query optimization, asynchronous processing, and cloud-native services.
Previously, at Checkout.com, I built merchant-facing payment features and services for transaction workflows. Before that, I developed e-commerce experiences at Farfetch and client web applications at Softwire.
