I'm looking to lead user-centered design strategy, develop high-performing teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive organizational change and measurable digital transformation.

At IBM, I lead a global team of 18 designers across three portfolios supporting 8,000+ employees and helping modernize 5,000+ enterprise applications through scalable, user-centered design.

I partner with CIO and executive stakeholders to align design with hybrid cloud adoption, productivity, AI, and ServiceNow priorities. I restructured IBM’s HR design portfolio, reducing active initiatives by 35%, increasing design capacity by 20%, and improving stakeholder satisfaction by 25%.

Previously at NTT Data, I led cross-functional teams delivering research, wireframes, and design systems for web and mobile clients across healthcare, retail, finance, travel, and supply chain.
