What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can lead shifts, coach team members, and keep guests satisfied with fast, friendly service, proactive upselling, and a professional dining atmosphere.

I’m a very hard working and dedicated hospitality professional who is well organized, approachable, and able to establish good working relationships with different people. I bring fluent communication in English and Twi, strong customer focus, and an engaging, flexible approach that anticipates customer needs.

From March 2025 to date, I’ve served as a Supervisor at Quattro Lounge and Bar, where I greet and interact with guests, handle complaints quickly and politely, ensure food and drinks are served correctly and on time, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere. Previously at Accra Marriott Hotel, I worked as a Waiter and also as an Acting Supervisor, supporting timely table check-ins, clarifying orders and specialty items, training and guiding new employees, assigning duties with shift scheduling, and resolving conflicts professionally while upholding hygiene and safety standards.
