I’m a resourceful and dedicated hospitality and food service professional with over 4 years of progressive experience across hospitality, culinary management, customer relations, sales representative work, and administrative operations. In my recent role as an Operations / Account Officer, I created and processed invoices, cross-checked invoices against payments and expenses, managed timely billing and dispatch, and ensured prompt submission of VAT documents and compliance-related reports. Earlier, as a Receptionist, I created a professional first impression by warmly welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, directing guests to the right departments, and handling messages reliably.

My culinary leadership includes serving as a Culinary Supervisor / Assistant Chef, where I led kitchen operations, supervised culinary staff, maintained food quality standards, managed inventory, and contributed to menu planning. I bring hands-on operational experience from frontline customer service and reporting roles, plus training such as Trainee Manager at KFC, so I can support teams, maintain compliance, and improve customer satisfaction from day one.
