What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise analytics that owns KPI frameworks and turns complex data into defensible executive decisions—building reliable measurement, modern infrastructure, and automation that improves speed, quality, and strategic impact.

I’m a data strategy and insights leader with 10+ years of experience serving as the analytical engine behind high-stakes executive decisions. I translate large, complex datasets into clear, defensible insights that drive strategy, inform resource allocation, and track performance against business priorities.

I’ve designed and owned enterprise KPI and measurement frameworks, managed data quality and analytical standards, and directed analytical teams and external partners. I communicate rigorous quantitative findings to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through clear, executive-ready narratives.

In my current role as Vice President, Data Analytics, I’ve defined and owned KPI frameworks integrating workforce, operational, financial, and cybersecurity data across 11 business units. I also serve as a primary analytical liaison to the Federal Reserve, translating complex analysis into decision-ready outputs and aligning data strategy with evolving supervisory priorities.

Earlier, I led data infrastructure modernization from Stata/Excel to Azure Databricks, building scalable Python/Spark/SQL pipelines and automated validation frameworks supporting millions of observations. I’ve applied causal inference and advanced econometric methods across large datasets, earned three Exemplary Work Awards, and published research for SEC-facing audiences.
