What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-enabled People strategy and operating systems, partnering with executives to strengthen workforce planning, performance, leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a distributed organization.

At Next Level Solutions, I lead People & Culture for a distributed technology organization of approximately 230 employees across 28 U.S. states and six countries. I advise the CEO and executive team on workforce strategy, organizational design, performance, talent, succession, culture, communications, and change.

I've built AI-enabled analytics and operating systems for performance, workforce planning, compensation, employee listening, and manager accountability. Across technology, professional services, and manufacturing, I've scaled people systems, redesigned performance management, developed leadership programs, and guided complex organizational change.
