I then transitioned into business operations as an Operations Senior Supervisor at Chumting Trading Corp, where I managed 3–5 branches and led team coordination to improve workflow efficiency. I handled customer support, prepared and analyzed sales and inventory reports, and supported HR functions such as payroll and recruitment. More recently, I worked as a Product Editor I at TopData Global IT Solutions, where I improved product listing accuracy by 75% and consistently met daily production targets while ensuring high-quality content.

Currently, I am working as a Virtual Assistant for an Australia-based construction company, handling accounts payable, invoice processing, and administrative coordination.
