I'm currently administering government-funded program claims at Canlead Solutions, reviewing documentation, eligibility, budgets, fund utilization, and funding compliance for non-profit clients. I also build tracking tools and streamline claim-review workflows to support timely decisions and audit readiness.

At the Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association, I led administration and compliance oversight for environmental cost-share programs supporting climate adaptation, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable agriculture. I evaluated more than 350 funding projects annually, monitored budgets and milestones, drafted performance reports, and developed SOPs that improved processing efficiency and reduced review turnaround times.

I use ArcGIS and AgMaps to track projects, verify locations, and map environmental data, while creating farmer outreach materials through WordPress, Mailchimp, and Listserv to encourage BMP adoption.

My experience also includes conservation fieldwork with ALUS Middlesex, community climate operations and volunteer engagement, and agricultural insurance program analysis. I'm motivated by practical, stakeholder-driven work that turns funding and policy commitments into measurable environmental and agricultural outcomes.
