I’m a medical interpreter who wants to help patients get good quality care and understand that doctors aren’t going to treat them badly. I focus on clear communication and the best solution for their problems.

I’ve also worked as a General Manager and translator at places like HR Auto sales and a New and Used Tire shop. I translate for staff and customers, answer calls when needed, and help with paperwork, loans, and payment plans—so people can understand what’s next.

Before that, I worked as a House Cleaner where my responsibilities included communicating with clients, preparing schedules, managing payments, and resolving issues. I also translated for staff and the owner, helping everyone have the same experience.

I bring strong organization, leadership, and problem solving to every situation. My goal is a respectful, safe, and well-coordinated environment where customers and patients feel supported from start to finish.
