What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day retail/warehouse operations, support customer service, and apply supervisory, logistics, and health/safety knowledge to improve results and team performance.

I’m a retail operations and customer service professional with experience across logistics, sales, and office support. I’ve worked as a “logistics Officer,” “Sales Clerk,” “Customer Representative,” and “CSR,” building strong service and problem-solving habits.

Most recently, I was a “Supervisor” in a “Retail Warehouse (2022),” backed by “Supervery Management (2025)” training and “Health and Safety” / “Fire Watch” coursework. I bring hands-on operations support, conflict management, and MS Office competency to help teams run smoothly and serve customers well.
