I'm looking to lead cross-functional programs where I can build roadmaps, use data to improve operations, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver complex initiatives from idea through implementation.

I lead programs and data initiatives at Pinellas County Emergency Management, coordinating technology, data, operations, and regional partners from concept through implementation.

I manage roadmaps spanning 10–20 concurrent initiatives, communicate the why behind plans, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned through regular progress meetings.

Previously, I coordinated delivery of a national healthcare data platform at National Medical Data Management, connecting developers, QA testers, product owners, and government stakeholders through launch and post-launch support.

I've also led capital improvement projects at Bausch + Lomb, improving yield from 85% to 92%, and used SQL, Python, Power BI, Salesforce, Agile/Scrum, and AI-powered tools to drive better outcomes.
