I'm leading delivery of ServiceNow, Microsoft, and other platform solutions for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through a $24M federal IT contract spanning 50+ active projects and 150–200 personnel.
As Deputy Program Manager, I oversee program finances, subcontractor funding, onboarding and offboarding, executive reporting, and Solutions Design staffing and customer discovery. I've also led governance, security, and enterprise implementation support for Collibra, Mobius, and the Data Inventory Program, including ATO support under NIST SP 800-53.
Previously, I led DHS Data Maturity Assessments using DAMA-DMBOK principles, authored the Enterprise Data Maturity Report, and served as Scrum Master for Collibra and Data Inventory Program teams. I translate leadership priorities into execution plans that improve data quality, lineage, lifecycle practices, and delivery discipline.
My earlier work at Boston Consulting Group included $12M budget oversight, executive communications, global marketing, conference communications, digital transformation support, and public-private supply chain initiatives. I bring experience working across government, consulting, technical delivery, financial oversight, and stakeholder communications.
