I am a commercially minded C-suite People & Culture leader with 25+ years' experience building and scaling high-growth global organisations across fintech, SaaS, payments, and professional services. I partner with founders and boards to shape talent strategy, enable international expansion, and deliver measurable business impact.

Throughout my career I have built global people functions and scaled organisations from under 100 to 600+ employees, supported $200M+ in fundraising, and delivered significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. I lead culture transformation, DEI, leadership development, and large-scale change including M&A integrations.

My hands-on approach includes designing leadership development programs, implementing wellness and inclusion initiatives that boost engagement and Glassdoor ratings, and launching recruitment and skills-based hiring strategies that reduce costs. I have founded a boutique people consultancy to advise tech leaders and enterprises on culture, performance, and executive coaching.
