I own end-to-end service delivery for Telenor Norway’s mission-critical 5G Charging platform at Oracle Norge, coordinating global teams across Oracle BRM, ECE, PCF and CHF through go-live, releases, escalations and executive reporting.
Previously at Ice Norge, I led a billing team of 10+ and owned a heavily customised Microsoft Navision/Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment covering customer management, product catalogue, provisioning, rating and invoicing. I directed acquired-customer migrations, supported billing-platform selection and implementation, and served as final technical authority for billing architecture, pricing and product configuration.
Across Network Norway, REGEM/Telia and my own ventures, I’ve combined hands-on platform work with product design, integrations, workshops, vendor coordination, P&L responsibility and operational leadership.
