What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote customer onboarding or customer success role.

At Sammamish Montessori School, I run the front office for a 260-student, 50-staff school and help families and staff set up, log in to, and troubleshoot school apps. I also follow up on tuition payments and coordinate admissions events.

At Cedar Crest Academy, I supported daily campus operations and onboarded and mentored staff on procedures and family communication. I also wrote procedural guides and kept enrollment and compliance records current.

Earlier, as a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School, Redmond Ridge, I answered family questions about enrollment, scheduling, and conferences, and built a progress tracking system. At Happy Hall Schools, I trained and mentored new educators. I’m seeking a remote customer onboarding or customer success role.
