At Phelps Hospital, I guided physicians, nurses, and techs in a high-volume emergency department through triage, tracking board management, documentation, dashboards, SmartTools, and order sets. At Houston Methodist, I provided at-the-elbow support for Med/Surg and ICU documentation, medication administration, and care planning workflows.

In my current role at Accredo Pharmacy, I coordinate prior authorizations, verify coverage, and help patients and provider offices resolve insurance questions. I bring frontline insight into eligibility errors and coverage delays to improve verification processes and reduce friction.
