What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can coordinate operations, executive administration, and finance workflows using cloud tools, while supporting teams across time zones and maintaining accurate, confidential records.

I'm currently supporting the Gibraltar Federation of Small Business as an Administrator and Virtual Coordinator, delivering executive and financial coordination across high-volume digital workflows. I manage full-cycle invoicing, financial document repositories, compliance, and more than 50 daily member and stakeholder enquiries across cloud channels.

I've also handled remote accounting operations for HMCA Insurance, school business and payroll workflows, confidential HR casework for Suffolk & Norfolk Police, and end-to-end back-office operations for my own business. I bring AAT Level 2 accounting training and practical experience using cloud accounting, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and Zoom to keep remote teams organised and financially accurate.
