What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead content moderation and community management, work closely with clients on brand voice, and use insights to create safe conversations and measurable engagement growth.

I’m a Senior Content Specialist who helps clients achieve strong results by managing teams and owning the quality of day-to-day delivery. I handle report creation, proofreading, and presentation to keep work clear, consistent, and aligned with client expectations.

I moderate and respond to comments across social channels in a client-specific brand voice, spanning French, English, and Portuguese. I’m also responsible for crisis management, escalating issues and insights, and ensuring online communities stay safe, respectful, and consistent with guidelines.

In my work, I don’t just publish—I plan and improve. I coordinate content dependencies, schedule and review content across networks, run regular account audits, and use research to brainstorm strategies based on the latest trends and features.

Outside digital content, I’ve led teams and managed operations in creative craft roles, which strengthened my attention to detail and client-first mindset. I bring that same care to content planning, copywriting/captioning, and thoughtful execution that places the client experience at the heart of everything I do.
