At Genpact, I lead payroll transitions for US and Australia client accounts, managing the migration of processes, data and controls into Genpact's delivery model. I also support UK transition workstreams, contributing to SOP development and process documentation.
During the transition, I oversee payroll processing and compliance across the accounts and work with stakeholders in multiple markets on transition plans and knowledge transfer. I identify process gaps and implement controls to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
At Rio Tinto, I managed end-to-end payroll for Australia and APAC using SAP and Workday, with a focus on ATO, STP and local regulatory requirements. I also led a redundancy-quotes project, providing accurate calculations in line with legal and organizational standards.
