What I'm looking for

I'm looking for application support, systems operations, or business analysis work where I can manage incidents, improve production stability, coordinate releases, and collaborate across business, engineering, QA, and vendor teams.

I've supported enterprise and government financial applications for Humanitics Dimensions Software, Wipro, Zurich Insurance, MGM Resorts International, and British Telecom.

I investigate production incidents, defects, and user issues; assess business impact; coordinate developers, QA, stakeholders, and vendors; and drive remediation through validation and closure. I use ServiceNow, JIRA, SQL, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Advanced Excel to improve traceability and operational visibility.

I also support UAT, regression testing, release readiness, and post-release health checks. Earlier, I developed and debugged Flutter/Dart mobile applications for Android and iOS while working within Agile delivery processes.
