I seek a senior analytics role where I can lead client-facing teams, scale analytics solutions, drive measurable business impact, and grow in collaborative, innovation-focused companies.

I am a goal-oriented digital analytics leader with 4+ years of experience delivering client-focused analytics, marketing insights and project delivery. In my current role as Associate Director - Digital Analytics I manage end-to-end delivery and client relationships for regional and global accounts.

I lead a team of eight, handle 20+ projects simultaneously, and own project estimates, timelines and pre-sales support. I initiated automation that reduced TAT for project delivery and client queries, and I have applied predictive analytics, RPA/ETL and machine learning to solve customer and business problems.

I work across Healthcare, FMCG, BFSI, Travel & Tourism, OTT and B2B marketplaces, partnering closely with clients to translate requirements into measurable outcomes. I also mentor new hires, support pre-sales and product planning, and hold a PG Diploma in Healthcare Management and a B.Sc. in Information Technology.
