What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and optimize production GenAI, agentic, voice, and conversational AI products where rigorous evaluation, observability, and measurable customer and business outcomes matter.

I've built production conversational AI at Narayana Group, scaling a multi-model platform to 700K+ multilingual calls per month and improving accuracy from 60% to 96% through LLM evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, HITL cycles, and model A/B testing.

Now at Eltropy, I work on Agent Ops for AI Voice, Chat, and Assistant products, improving observability, evaluations, prompts, guardrails, and production agent performance. Earlier, I built AI growth products, led a 0-1 study-abroad venture, and founded Codersdunia.
