I currently work as a System Analyst at Zillious Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (EbixCash), where I analyze and debug XML logs and API request/response cycles to diagnose integration failures across the Travolution corporate travel platform. I also monitor system health and platform performance, identify anomalies, and coordinate fixes to maintain uptime and service reliability.

Alongside troubleshooting, I run SQL queries to investigate data inconsistencies, support client escalations, and validate system configurations. I perform quality checks on travel API integrations (GDS/supplier feeds) to ensure data accuracy across booking workflows, and manage enterprise system configuration changes to keep environment parameters and integration mappings correct.

Earlier, I strengthened my troubleshooting and customer-impact skills as a Technical Support Representative at Telus Digital, where I resolved connectivity, modem/router setup, subnet configuration, VoIP disruptions, and DNS conflicts—while explaining complex networking in simple terms to improve first-call resolution and CSAT. I began building production UI during my ReactJS Intern role at The GoodGameTheory, contributing to a flagship SDK used across their Chrome extension, web app, and client integrations.
