I steer the Lead Management System roadmap across 170+ centres, turning operational escalations into prioritized PRDs and supporting Agile delivery. I also designed and shipped an AI-powered offer-creation workflow that cut turnaround time by 50% and doubled throughput.
For VLCC Health Care Ltd., I directed the Distributor Management System rollout across 100+ distributors, adding real-time inventory visibility. I also used A/B testing to improve the appointment booking journey, reducing booking time from five minutes to three.
Outside my work at VLCC, I build independent AI products, including Job Copilot, VoiceFlow, and Smart Notes. I’ve shipped tools for job discovery, real-time speech-to-text, and AI-assisted note organization using LLMs and technologies including FastAPI, Next.js, and Supabase.
