I’m looking to leverage my organizational, problem-solving, and communication strengths as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager—driving cross-functional execution, prioritizing competing deadlines, managing risks and vendors, and keeping stakeholders confidently informed.

I’m a project coordination and operations professional with 5+ years coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing operational workflows, and supporting complex project execution in telecommunications and healthcare environments. I’m known for stakeholder management, issue and risk escalation, and keeping teams aligned under pressure.

In my current role as a NOC Case Manager, I coordinate end-to-end incident response for telecom service disruptions across six customers. I own triage, technical troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution, and I serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication with clear status updates and ETAs during outages.

I strengthen reliability by documenting incident details, remediation steps, and post-incident learnings in a shared knowledge base. I also partner with network engineering, field techs, and account teams to streamline handoffs and improve workflows during high-priority events.

Previously, as an Operations Coordinator at Ovation Fertility, I coordinated daily lab operations across eight labs, standardized tracking and documentation practices, and managed procurement and inventory for critical supplies. Earlier as an Assistant Facility Manager, I coordinated work orders and vendor communication across multiple facilities, delivering service-oriented support and escalating issues appropriately.
