I’m looking to own HR systems and recruiting operations end-to-end—building ATS/HRMS integrations, improving hiring workflows with data, and scaling campus programs and learning adoption in a fast-paced, impact-driven team.

I’m a Senior Associate at Groww, where I lead end-to-end talent systems and HR workflows. I implemented and manage Greenhouse ATS, improving overall screening efficiency by 35% and redesigning scorecards to increase timely interview closures by 75%.

I also administer employee lifecycle workflows on SuccessFactors HRMS for 1000+ employees, including system integration for a 450+ employee bulk onboarding during the Fisdom acquisition.
