At TierOne OSS Technologies, I support telecom OSS platforms including Airtel CFM, SD-WAN, Rogers B2B, and Edge Authority. I handle L2/L3 production support and administer WildFly/JBoss middleware and Java application environments.
I troubleshoot JVM behavior, memory utilization, thread bottlenecks, and performance issues, using heap-dump, thread-dump, and garbage-collection analysis to support application stability. I also manage 100+ Linux virtual machines across Development, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
For high-priority incidents involving memory leaks, slow queries, deadlocks, or infrastructure failures, I drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams. I support releases, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades in coordination with application, DBA, and infrastructure teams.
I also administer Oracle and PostgreSQL databases in high-availability environments, including replication, backup and recovery, and performance tuning. In addition, I deploy enterprise LLM infrastructure using Ollama and vLLM and build model-serving, testing, and performance-benchmarking environments.
