I am an Agile Delivery Professional and Technical Project Manager with a background in Finance PreSales, Scrum Mastery, and technology delivery. My career has evolved from understanding business processes and client requirements to leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving end-to-end delivery.
I have experience leading teams of 10–15 members, mentoring over 100 supervisors on Agile practices, and working with distributed, multicultural teams. As a Scrum Master, I facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, improve team collaboration, manage impediments, strengthen backlog readiness, and promote continuous improvement. I have experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, and enjoy helping teams build ownership, transparency, and predictable delivery practices.
Alongside my Scrum Master experience, I have taken on Technical Project Management responsibilities, including project planning, scope and milestone management, risk and issue tracking, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, dependency management, and delivery governance. My project exposure includes enterprise data platform modernization, cloud-based solutions, payment system enhancements, platform integrations, and operational reporting.
One of my key project experiences involved an enterprise data warehouse migration from Azure Synapse to Databricks Lakehouse. This required coordination across engineering, architecture, data governance, cloud operations, QA, and business stakeholders. My delivery focus included aligning workstreams, tracking milestones and risks, managing dependencies, supporting validation and readiness activities, and maintaining stakeholder visibility.
My earlier Finance PreSales experience across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Tax, and FP&A gives me a strong business perspective. It helps me translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
I have worked with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, with exposure to Azure, AWS, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Kubernetes/EKS, Datadog, and Power BI. I am also developing my Azure cloud knowledge and exploring practical applications of AI in project reporting, risk management, and delivery efficiency.
I enjoy solving complex delivery challenges, enabling teams, and aligning technology execution with business goals.
