What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR data operations role where I can maintain SuccessFactors records, validate and reconcile employee data, handle change requests, and strengthen data governance with cross-functional teams.

I’m an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR professional focused on maintaining and improving employee data quality in SAP SuccessFactors. I streamline data processes and support data-driven HR operations through consistent validation, reconciliation, and audits.

At Deloitte USI as an Analyst (March 2024–Present), I processed employee data transactions efficiently within SuccessFactors and enforced continuous checks to ensure accuracy and integrity. I also developed and enforced a robust data governance framework to help manage and protect employee data effectively.

I manage day-to-day data change or correction requests promptly, collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to resolve employee-related issues. I maintain an elevated level of accuracy in all transactions and analysis to support data-driven decision making.

Previously at Virtusa as an Analyst (Oct 2021–Feb 2023), I worked as a Site Curator in Automated Sitelinks, serving as an extractor, verifier, and reviewer. I monitored social media channels for illegal activity or violations of company policies, trained new employees, and contributed to team success.
