I also strengthen business performance through operations and sales support: lead follow-up, client communication, project/travel coordination, and creation of sales materials, presentations, proposals, and content assets. From ecommerce operations (product research, supplier communication, listing optimization) to customer support and online community management, I build SOPs and guides that standardize workflows and improve efficiency. I’m comfortable collaborating with CEOs, project managers, and marketing teams remotely, and I’ve supported recruitment processes end-to-end through drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding—plus I’ve tested and implemented AI solutions to increase productivity.
