At Buson, I serve as the L2 focal point for high-impact API and GDS integration escalations, investigating production failures, financial discrepancies, data synchronization issues, and billing reconciliation. I reproduce issues in test environments, analyze logs and JSON payloads, and work directly with Product and Engineering through resolution.
I build practical automation with Python, SQL, MySQL, n8n, and generative AI, including an AI assistant that generates SQL from database DDLs and a reconciliation workflow for marketplace and GDS data. I also mentor junior analysts and guide B2B partners through root causes in live sessions.
