What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver complex programs and improve operational workflows in remote, globally distributed technology environments, with opportunities to apply AI-enabled productivity, strengthen execution, and coordinate senior stakeholders.

At Astreya, I manage end-to-end operational programs across globally distributed teams, coordinating requirements, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables through completion. I build centralized plans, trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and workflows that give stakeholders clear visibility and accountability.

Previously at EPAM Systems and CompuCom, I coordinated technical project workstreams, Agile activities, operational reporting, onboarding, knowledge transfer, escalations, and process improvements. I use AI tools daily to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and workflow optimization in remote, English-speaking environments.
