I’m a Senior Program & Project Management leader with 15+ years delivering complex, cross-functional technology and enterprise initiatives. I translate strategy into execution, establish PMOs, and bring governance, clarity, and delivery discipline—comfortably operating with executives while driving delivery on the ground.

I’ve led federal government and enterprise transformations with multi-vendor, Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery aligned to Azure DevOps and contractual SLAs.
